Dr. Perver TAŞTAN is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of MEDXDENT Oral Health Polyclinic. Perver TAŞTAN was born in Tatvan/Bitlis in 1978. After completing his primary and secondary education in his hometown of Tatvan, he studied at the Faculty of Dentistry of Yeditepe University between 1999 and 2004. The 4-metre dental sculpture he made as a student is still standing at the entrance of the faculty today. TAŞTAN, who was distinguished by his visionary and creative identity, had quickly attracted attention for his superior manual skills and the dean of the faculty exempted him from all professional practical courses at the time.

While still a second-year student, he started his own business in Çapa under the brand name “STUDENTAL” and sold the products he designed and manufactured to many dental schools. In 2004, he opened his first practice in Tatvan and eight months later he established the Universal Tıp Merkez Dental Polyclinic with two dental units. In 2010, he established the private oral health polyclinic Medxdent with 3 dental units. At the same time, he provided firstclass health services in all branches of dentistry in Tatvan and the surrounding region and made many professional innovations. He patented his invention called “Dental Modelaj Blok” (Dental Modelling Block), manufactured about 35 dental products of different models and these products were sold in 40 countries. He has participated in many fairs in America, Europe, Hong Kong and China and has closely followed the technological developments in his field. In 2017, he established MEDXDENT Oral Health Polyclinic in Şerifali Istanbul and moved to Ihlamurkuyu Ümraniye in 2019. He received the “Most Successful Dentist of the Year” award from Gossipmag Media in 2021 and opened the branch of MEDXDENT Oral Health Polyclinic in 2022 in Nişantaşı.
